Charles Holmes

Charles Arthur Holmes aka "Chuck ", age 65, of West Mifflin, PA passed away on February 15, 2025 in Jefferson Hospital, surrounded by his loving wife and daughter. He was born February 18, 1959 in Mckeesport Hospital. 

He was preceded in death by his parents Melvin Duane Holmes and Elsie May (Lynn) Holmes and brother Duane Melvin Holmes. 

Charles was employed at Silbase in North Versailles, PA from approximately 1983 -1999 where he enjoyed working. Then he became disabled and was no longer able to work and was at home with his loving wife and daughter. 

In his earlier years, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating, woodworking, jet skiing, water skiing, boogie boarding, and taking family vacations. 

There will be a private Celebration of Life at a later date to honor Chuck’s memory. 

Charles is survived by and greatly cherished by his loving wife of 40 years (July 21, 2024) Kimberly Ann (Evancho) Holmes, as well as, his two children, Chelsea Alyse Holmes at home and Corey Michael Holmes Sr. (Dawnice) of Monroeville, PA and a grandson, Corey Michael Holmes Jr., a sister, Diane (Holmes) Bomba and sister in law, Joanne (Lesko ) Holmes and several nieces and nephews.
