Donald Brawdy

On March 17, 2012, age 93, of Pittsburgh, 31st ward. Beloved husband of Catherine (Romanoff) Brawdy; loving father of Frederick (Zlata) Brawdy and Susan (Janice Beaumariage) Brawdy; grandfather of Jason Brawdy; brother of Helen Roy, Mary Peabody, and the late Bill and Lloyd Brawdy. Decorated U.S. Army Veteran of WWII, serving in the South Pacific and the Philippine Islands. He was a long time employee of the (now) K&L Gates Law Firm. His passions in life were his family, golf, landscaping and the Pirates. At his request, there will be no viewing at this time. Ceremonies will be held upon his interment at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation in his name to a charity or foundation of your choice.
