On January 21, 2011, age 89, formerly of Lincoln Place;

Genevieve was born in Homeville the daughter of the late John and Marie (Barancak) Merritt;;

She was a retired hair stylist from the Carlton House in Pittsburgh;

Loving wife of the late John K. Obringer;

Sister of Victor (Ann) and Raymond (Shirley) Merritt;

Many nieces and nephews;

Friends received from 9 to 10 AM at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc., 3511 Main St. Munhall (a selected Golden Rule Member) 412-461-6394.  Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday at 10 AM in St. Agnes R.C. Church West Mifflin.
