George Maszle, 87, of Munhall died at U.P.M.C. on Monday, July 30, 2012.
He was born February 23, 1925 in Bellwood, Pa.
George was a devoted husband of Jennie Maszle for 66 years.  He was a loving father of George (Darlene) Maszle, Janice (Tom) Moffett, Gary (Stacy) Maszle, and Don (Lisa Fitzgerald) Maszle; beloved Grandfather of Emily (Dan) Newell, Erin (Max) Cranfill, Katie Moffett, Tom (Marque) Moffett, Heather (Kyle) LaBrake, Carver and Niles Fitzgerald; with cherished great grandchildren Matthew, Dustin, and Elizabeth Newell, Morley and Livie Cranfill, Luke and Josie Moffett, and Elijah LaBrake.  George was a wonderful brother to Margaret (Jim) Armour and Ann (Harry) Hollis, and the late Julia (Sal) Adams, Stephen (Connie), Joseph (Clara), Edward (Arlene), and Helen Maszle; who gave George more than 75 loving nieces and nephews.
He was a WWII Navy Veteran.  Following his military service, he worked in the roll foundry at Mesta Machine and also was a licensed watchmaker/repairman.  He had a lifelong love for golfing and gardening.  George was much loved and will be sincerely missed.
Relatives and friends will be received 2-4 and 7-9 Wednesday at the George Irvin Green  Funeral Home 3511 Main St.  Munhall. Everyone Please Meet At Church for the  Funeral Services at 12 P.M. Noon on Thursday in the Homestead Park United Methodist Church with a luncheon following.  Also, visit www.georgeigreenfuneralhome.com to offer condolences.
