88, of Willoughby, went home to be with her Lord on September 29, 2011. Irene was born in Pittsburgh, PA on December 25, 1922. Irene lived in Munhall, PA until three years ago, when she moved to Willoughby, OH. She worked for many years at Point Park College in Pittsburgh, PA, retiring from the office of the Registrar in 1987. Irene was a long time member of Browns Hill (formerly Beechwood) Bible Chapel until moving to Ohio in 2009, where she taught Sunday School for many years, and helped serve meals for many, many occasions. Irene was preceded in death by by her husband, Earl J. Main in 2009. She is survived by her son Rob (Jane) Main; two grandsons, Stephen (Kristen) Main of Chattanooga, TN and Bryan (Amanda) Main of Painesville, OH; along with five great- grandchildren, Bryan, Solomon, Sydney, Ronin, and Elliot. Irene was pleased to be able to spend considerable time with her grandchildren and great- grandchildren during her time living in Ohio. Friends received on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the GEORGE IRVIN GREEN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3511 Main St., Munhall, 412-461-6394, where service will be held on Monday at 11 a.m.
