James Frena

James John Frena died suddenly July 15, 2011, at his home in Pittsburgh.  He was 61.  Jim was preceded in death by his parents, John and Dorothy Frena, and grandmother, Jane Gordon.  He is survived by his sisters, Karen Dougherty and Donna Widmeyer, by his brother and best friend, Wayne Frena, his stepfather, Ben Garson and nieces Megan and Amanda.  Jim was semi-retired from Koppers Corporation of Pittsburgh.  Jim was sociable and outgoing and always ready to help a friend, of whom he had many.  He will be sorely missed by all the many people who loved and respected him.  The world, his family, and friends, are poorer for his passing.
Visitation will be at the George Irvin  Green Funeral Home Inc. 3511 Main St. Munhall 412-461-6394 on Monday, July 18th from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 P.M.  Where a blessing service will be held at Green’s Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 19th at 10:00 a.m.
