Kenneth W. Finnigan

Kenneth W. Finnigan of West Mifflin passed away suddenly on Saturday, June 1, 2024 from a motorcycle accident. Ken is survived by his mother Mary (Finnigan) Slaczka (Robert), sisters Kristen Slaczka and Helena Slaczka. Preceded in death by his grandmother the late Ruth Tomasino and aunt the late Charlotte Galvanek (George). Ken is also survived by his father Charles Hammell, mother Dawn Hammell, sisters Tayler Rojtas (Daniel), Korey McCormick (Jason), and Jordan Hammell.  Grandparents John and Judith Hammell. Aunts Karen DeMartino (Anthony), Kimberley Hammell, and the late Kathleen Hammell. Ken is also survived by his loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Ken loved being on the open road. He worked as a CDL Truck Driver for several companies including UPS, TForce, and most recently Estes Express. Ken loved riding his Harley and spending time with his family and friends–many of whom he met through riding. Ken will always be remembered for his entrepreneurial spirit and his love for family and his dogs.
 
 Honoring Ken’s wishes, the gift of life was shared with many people in need through organ and tissue donation. In lieu of flowers, the family asks to please consider making a donation to the Pennsylvania Keystone Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Friends and family received Thursday, June 6, from 2-8 PM at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home, Inc., 3511 Main Street, Munhall 15120, (412-461-6394), where a funeral service will be held at 8 PM with Pastor Keith Kaufold officiating.
