Nancy Jean (Watkins) Bodnar, 81, of West Homestead, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on January 5, 2012. Born on April 1, 1930 in Unity Township to the late Rev. Melvin and Olive (Horner) Watkins. A lifelong West Homesteader, marrying the love of her life of 36 years, (Late) Frank R. Bodnar. Loving mother to Karen L. (Joel) Bonzer of W. Homestead. Gary R. (Terri) of Bethel Park, William K. and Francis “Jeff” of W. Homestead, Cherished Grandmother to Lauren, Sean, and Natalie. Great Grandmother to Violet. Sister to Glenn (Wendy) Watkins of CA., Keith (Andrea) Watkins of Monroeville, William Watkins of Monroeville, and Robert (Kim) Watkins of W. Homestead. Also many nieces and nephews. Nancy touched the lives of so many people. She loved to talk and would brag about her children, grandchildren and great grandchild to everyone. She was the cornerstone of her family and was loved by all. She loved people and believed in the good of man, laughed at every joke, smiled at everyone, loved Johnny Mathis and doted to her cats.
