STEINER PAUL J.
88, of Munhall, died on Tuesday, November 20, 2012. He was the beloved husband of Gay P. Johnson-Steiner. Born on March 27, 1924 in Bellwood, a son of the late George and Genevieve (Murray) Steiner, he is survived by a sister, Virginia, of Pittsburgh; brother, M. David, of Munhall; three daughters by marriage (Glinda Johnson-Medland, of Mt. Pocono, Michelle Johnson, of Alexandria, VA, and Naomi Johnson, of Alexandria, VA); a son by marriage (Ted Johnson, of Media); and many nieces and nephews. Paul enjoyed a successful career as a carpenter for the State of Pennsylvania. Paul served with the Marines in the Pacific Area as a member of the Marine Detachment USS Ticonderoga, as part of the Philippine Liberation during World War II.
