Robert  “Bob” A Skyrmes

On Friday, November 19, 2010 , age 69 of Munhall.  Bob was the owner of the Skyrmes Insurance Agency  in Munhall and principal agent with Erie Insurance Co. He succeeded his father William G. Skyrmes as owner of the Agency.  Avid golfer and loved Hilton Head.   Long time member of the former Duquesne Golf Club where he was Senior Club Champion,  Member to Member Club Champion and achieved a Hole-In-One on #15 at the Club in 2000.  Past President of Homestead Cemetery.



Beloved husband of Kathleen (Vargesko) Skyrmes,  Loving son of Eleanor (Matson) Skyrmes and the late William G. Skyrmes.   Brother of Signe (James)  Kletter,  Stepfather of David Foley, Nephew of Ida Mae Skyrmes, Uncle of Todd (Katya Dimitrova) Kletter, Brad Kletter and Lynn(Todd) Primrose, Son-In-Law of Toni Vargesko also great nieces and nephews.


Friends received 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. Monday and Tuesday at George Irvin Green Funeral Home 3511 Main St. Munhall 412-461-6394.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11A.M. in Homestead Park United Methodist
Church.  PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH.
