Beloved  husband to Hazel (Paternoster) Hammack, Loving father to Steve (Della) Hammack of Whitaker, Jeanette (David) Hrabic of West Mifflin, Michelle (Robert) Palmieri of Butler and Christine (John) Gamrat of Munhall. Brother of Thelma Thompson, Shirley Moore, and the late Pete, Ethel, Gladys, Calvin, Elva, Sallie and Clifton. Cherished grandfather of Melissa, Steven, Nichole, Robert and Joseph. Roy was a member of Homestead Park United Methodist Church, Hays Moose Lodge, and The Penn Brotherhood Lodge No. 635 F.&A.M.
