Born in Nazareth, Pa. to the late Joseph and Theresa (Karen) Kaufman.

Loving wife of the late Joseph Lazorchik.

She was a proud member of the Deaf Senior Citizens at the Western Pa. School for the Deaf, the Pittsburgh Association of the Deaf and the Pa. society for the Advancement of Deaf, Member of St. Justin church deaf choir. Theresa volunteered for the Center for Hearing and Deaf Services.
